Shipping within Italy

Standard shipping costs €7.90 for orders up to €88.99 and is free for orders of €89 or more. Estimated delivery time is 2–6 business days.

Shipping within the European Union

For Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, standard international shipping costs €44.90.

For other European Union countries enabled in the store, standard international shipping costs €49.90.

Estimated delivery time is 4–9 business days.

Shipping outside the EU (Switzerland, United Kingdom and other countries)

We also ship to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and a selection of other non-EU countries (including the United States, Canada, Norway, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and New Zealand). Standard shipping to these countries costs €54.90. Estimated delivery time is 6–15 business days, depending on the destination.

Customs duties and local taxes payable by the recipient may apply to these destinations, along with possible import restrictions on food products: we recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing an order.

The rates above are intended to cover a typical package of up to about 2 kg; for larger or heavier orders we may contact the customer about a surcharge before shipping. Applicable rates are always shown in the payment summary once the delivery address has been entered.

Timing and tracking

The times given are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather conditions or carrier delays. Where the service provides for it, the customer will receive tracking information by email.

Delivery address
