This website is operated by Torronificio delle Madonie – delle Sorelle Milazzo. By using the website and purchasing the products available on it, you accept these terms and the related policies.
Products and availability
The features, prices and availability of products are shown on their respective product pages. Images represent the products as faithfully as possible; since these are handmade items, packaging, shapes and finishes may vary slightly when this is stated on the product page.
Orders and payments
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an order. Payment is processed using the methods shown at checkout. The order is considered received once confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer.
Shipping
Costs, areas served and estimated delivery times are described in the Shipping Policy and are shown before the order is confirmed. We produce in small batches: if a product is not already ready, we make it specially for you and shipping may take a few extra days.
Returns and right of withdrawal
Our products are fresh, perishable foods: for this reason, as provided by law (art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the order has been received. For any need, write to us on WhatsApp or by email: we will reply as soon as possible.
Use of the website and intellectual property
The text, images, logo and other content on the website may not be copied or used without authorisation, except as permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
